Charlotte Boeyden

Charlotte Boeyden (°1989) is a mother, a creator and a photographer. She studied at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Antwerp and at Design Academy Eindhoven. Her work has always been centered around the poetry of the mundane, the romance in everyday life and the beauty of its imperfections. Her focus on girlhood evolved – with her – into a focus on womanhood and motherhood, always capturing the world as she deeply feels it herself.
Her love for textures in photographic work has led to experimentation with textiles, making tactility an extra means for conveying emotions.
